Fermenters Guild Code of Ethics

The registered member recognizes the precepts of personal integrity and professional competence as fundamental ethics, as such they:

Shall have proper regard for the physical environment and the safety, health and well being of the public.
Shall always conduct themselves in a responsible manner and utilize fair and equitable business practices in dealing with their colleagues, clients and associates.
Shall refrain from making unjustified statements or from performing unethical acts, which would discredit the Association or any of its members.
Shall avoid any connection with such advertising which implicitly or explicitly demeans the competence of other members of the Association.
Shall ensure that the advertising falls within acceptable standards as set out by the Provincial Government of Ontario.
Shall conform to this "Code of Ethics" under the restraint that any deviation shall render the member subject, after review by the membership, to dismissal from the Association.
