the wine, triple sec and juice over ice in a glass. Stir.

Beginning
at the navel end and working around the orange, remove
the rind with a lemon zester to form an unbroken spiral
strip. In a tall glass, combine wine, rum and sugar. Stir
until sugar is dissolved and arrange the orange spiral
in the glass, hooking one end of it over the edge. Fill
glass with ice and add soda. |

One peeled, sliced orange

3 cinnamon sticks

Combine
all ingredients in either a large pot or a slow cooker.
Gently warm the ingredients on low to medium heat (avoid
boiling), for 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally to make
sure that the honey or sugar has completely dissolved. |

2 lemons, sliced with rind
2 apples, sliced with skin
2 cinnamon sticks |

Mix
all ingredients in a punch bowl. Let flavours blend for
several hours. Serve with ice. |

In
a wine glass, combine schnapps or brandy and Arbor Mist
- Strawberry White Zinfandel. Stir well. Drop a frozen
strawberry into glass just before serving. |

White Wine Cooler (makes 1 litre) |

cups strawberries (about 1 pint), trimmed
1/3 cup sugar
a 750-ml. bottle Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine,
chilled |

In
a bowl gently toss together strawberries and sugar and
let stand 10 minutes. In a blender purée strawberry
mixture with wine until smooth and pour through a fine
sieve into a pitcher. Wine cooler may be made 4 hours
ahead and chilled.
Serve wine cooler chilled over ice. |

2 mangos, peeled and sliced

a pitcher, combine peach schnapps, cognac, sugar, oranges
and mangos. Chill for at least an hour. Pour fruit mixture
into a large punch bowl. Stir in white wine and ginger
ale. |

4 oz. sparkling water |

Squeeze
lemon juice into Collins glass, fill half way with wine.
Add ice cubes and fill with sparkling water. Garnish with

1 1/2 cups brandy
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
8 whole cloves
3 small lemons, zest scored lengthwise if desired with
a channel knife and fruit sliced thin crosswise |

In
a large saucepan bring wine and brandy to a simmer with
sugar, cinnamon and cloves, stirring, and cook at a bare
simmer 2 minutes. Stir in lemon slices and ladle into
heat-proof cups. |
