Fermenters Guild Strategic Plan

2004 - 2009

In light of our mission and principals, the FERMENTERS GUILD's strategic plan for the next 5 years is:

Increase the membership of the FERMENTERS GUILD to exceed 60% of the licensed Brew on Premises in Ontario.
Providing Standards Training for members to give the industry a more professional image.
Work more closely with The Canadian Home and Wine Trade Association on issues pertaining to both associations.
Obtain approval from the AGCO for taste testing in Brew on Premises similar to the current programs available to the LCBO stores.
Increase public awareness of the BOP industry.
Change the name of FERMENTERS GUILD to better reflect the entire home brewing industry as well as BOP's.
Upon acceptance of the membership at large, the strategic plan will be formalized and executed with a detailed plan of action.
